We are looking for a reliable, discreet, and self-disciplined person — with European Union (EU) citizenship — to care for a private countryside residence in western Bulgaria (near the town of Kyustendil).
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values peace, nature, and a clear daily rhythm. You will have full independence, respect, and the comfort of your own separate house — while contributing to the care of a unique, meaningful place.
Main responsibilities:
General cleaning and upkeep of a modern, well-maintained home
Occasional care of outdoor areas (terrace, entrance)
No cooking, laundry, ironing, or dishwashing is required — these are handled by us. This position focuses strictly on property maintenance and care.
We offer:
Private accommodation in a fully equipped, modern house
Use of a vehicle for personal needs and weekend travel
Fixed working hours: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week
Full legal contract and long-term stability
All expenses covered: utilities, heating, internet, and housing
