Experienced Housekeeper / Home Manager Needed – Bolzano

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy and well-organized housekeeper to support the daily management of a private home and a small number of apartments in Bolzano.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a home to a high standard, works independently, and is naturally proactive.

Accommodation:
Depending on needs and periods, accommodation may be provided either within the household or in a private apartment. Flexibility in this regard is required.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining the home clean, tidy and well organized at all times
Laundry and ironing with attention to detail
Grocery shopping and household supply management
Preparing apartments (cleaning, organizing, key handovers)
Taking care of our dog and daily walks
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household

Working style:
We are looking for someone dynamic and flexible, who is comfortable adapting throughout the day depending on priorities.
At times you will work alongside family members, at other times you will organize tasks independently, preparing or restoring the home as needed.

This is a role for someone who understands responsibility, sees what needs to be done, and takes initiative without constant supervision.

High level of reliability, discretion and professionalism
Ability to manage tasks independently
