This job is a mixed house keeper/occasional live in nanny/general house upgrade and repair and all-round whatever is required to ensure that the house works and the 9-11-15 year old kids go to School, Sports and homework. You have to have be a safe driver with a valid driving license for the EU. Your employment is as a personal assistant and you will be able to live the majority of the time at a company apartment with occasional live-in when we are both on business travel.
As the children are getting to the age where they dont need a nanny this job is now more about ensuring the house is safe, the children get to their activities and the house is moving forwards and not backwards while we are occupied with the management of our company.
We offer flexible working times during low pressure times and we are keen to have a personal life, meaning you dont live with us most of the time - we can keep separate lives but at the same time, we hope to be friends with a working relationship and mutual respect. If you are interested, you will also be integrated into our company teams of more than 20 nationalities so although we live in the countryside, there is a community inside our organisation.
