HOUSEKEEPER REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION

Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper

Baku, Azerbaijan
• International and domestic travel may be required.
• Housekeeper is expected to accompany the family and perform regular duties during travel.

3. Workplace Description:
• Modern apartment in a premium condominium complex.
• Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities: professional kitchen, in-unit laundry, climate control, and high-standard housekeeping equipment.

4. Accommodation & Living Conditions:
• Private en-suite room within the apartment.
• Full privacy, comfort, and amenities provided.

5. Work Terms:
• Schedule: 6 working days per week (specific day off to be agreed mutually).
• Leave: 4 weeks paid leave after each 18-month work period.
• Working Hours:
o Standard: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM with designated rest breaks.
o Occasional unpaid overtime required (e.g., holidays, family events, guest visits).

6. Primary Responsibilities:
• General housekeeping duties including but not limited to:
o Daily cleaning and tidying of the home
o Laundry and ironing (delicate and everyday garments)
o Table setting and clearing
o Dishwashing
o Occasional kitchen assistance (e.g., ingredient preparation, cleaning)
• Careful handling of furniture, chandeliers, tableware, clothing, and household items.

7. Required Professional Characteristics:
A. Professionalism
• Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in a comparable household role.
• Letters of recommendation are highly preferred.
B. Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Strict adherence to personal hygiene:
o Mandatory morning and evening showers.
o Hand washing before every duty.
o Neat, clean work attire required at all times.
C. Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• All duties must meet international hotel-standard service levels.
• Must follow house-specific routines and protocols.
• If unsure, must ask before proceeding.
D. Responsibility & Proactiveness
• Must be self-organized, punctual, and disciplined.
• Expected to monitor household cleanliness independently and maintain high standards without constant supervision.
E. Silence & Conduct
• A quiet working environment is essential.
• Earbuds, music, podcasts, or loud communication are not permitted during working hours (except during private rest time in her room).
• Social interaction must be limited to designated breaks.
F. Confidentiality & Security
• Absolute confidentiality regarding family members, household activities, guests, or events is mandatory.
• No sharing of household information with anyone, including friends or family.
• During time off:
o Must inform the employer of planned location and activities.
o Must return home by 10:00 PM on the same day.
o No overnight stays outside the residence are permitted.

8. Health Check Requirement:
• A complete medical check-up (general health, infectious diseases, fitness for domestic work) is required before the employment begins.
