Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, English-speaking Housekeeper to support a high net worth household. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard private home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization while upholding the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily deep cleaning and overall upkeep of the residence

Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment

Conduct thorough cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing)

Change bed linens daily

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with strong attention to detail

Manage and replenish household inventories (cleaning supplies, toiletries, groceries)

Organize closets, cupboards, and storage areas for efficiency

Assist with meal serving when needed

Ensure appliances, electronics, and household equipment are functioning properly

Handle special projects (seasonal deep cleaning, post-event cleanup, organization projects)

Perform additional household-related tasks as requested

Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy at all times

Qualifications & Skills

Fluent in English (required)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in high net worth or luxury private households

Strong knowledge of high-end furnishings, fabrics, and textiles

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor

Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Flexible and adaptable schedule

Schedule

8 hours per day (initial schedule)

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

One day off per week: Tuesday

Opportunity to increase hours based on mutual agreement and performance

Compensation

$35.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
