We are seeking a highly reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation in a private high-end residence. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a spotless, welcoming, and well-organized home environment while handling all housekeeping duties with professionalism, care, and absolute confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough daily and weekly cleaning of all interior areas, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, hallways, and staff quarters.
Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize all surfaces, floors, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch areas.
Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standard, and manage laundry (washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and household linens).
Clean and organize kitchens, including appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers), countertops, cabinets, and pantries.
Maintain bathrooms to the highest hygienic standard, including showers, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials; notify the household manager or employer when restocking is needed.
Perform light organizational tasks such as tidying closets, arranging decorative items, and maintaining a clutter-free environment.
Handle delicate fabrics, fine furnishings, artwork, and valuable items with extreme care.
Assist with preparation for guests, special events, or entertaining (extra cleaning, table setup support, etc.).
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the household, family members, and any private matters.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and security protocols of the residence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Housekeeper, preferably in private residences, luxury villas, or high-end hotels.
Strong knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions precisely.
Physically able to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting (up to 15–20 kg), and moving for extended periods.
Discretion, reliability, honesty, and a professional, respectful demeanor.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly (English preferred; additional languages a plus).
Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in ultra-luxury or high-net-worth households.
Knowledge of eco-friendly or specialized cleaning methods for delicate surfaces (marble, wood, glass, etc.).
Basic knowledge of laundry care for designer clothing and fine linens.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or during peak periods (events, guest stays).
Valid driver’s license (advantageous for errands if required).
Working Conditions
