Job Description
Position details:
- Role: Live-in housekeeper responsible for managing and maintaining the home to the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
- Cooking: Planning and preparing daily lunch, simple dishes such as salads, soups, chicken, and rice. The candidate should be able to take initiative and decide the daily menu
- No outside errands: we employ a driver, so all duties are within the home
- No childcare and no eldercare duties
- Working hours: daytime schedule, with all work encouraged to be completed by 5:00 pm
- Days off: one to two rest days per week, on the weekend
- Accommodation: private room with en-suite bathroom
Candidate requirements:
- Filipina, with strong verifiable experience in a developed market (Singapore, Hong Kong, or Europe preferred)
- College degree required
- Clear spoken and written English
- High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and run the home without daily instruction
- Verifiable references from previous employers, which we will check
