We are seeking a professional teammate to join our household in Dubai. This is not a standard 'babysitting' role; we are looking for an Active Mentor who can provide a safe, structured, and enriching environment for two young boys (8 and 5.5).
?Primary Responsibilities:
?Logistics & School Runs: Confident driving in Dubai to manage school drop-offs and after-school activities (ECAs).
?Nutritional Leadership: Preparing healthy, varied meals. Bonus if you can involve the 8-year-old in the kitchen as he has a burgeoning interest in cooking.
Maintaining the 'Children’s Wing': Daily tidying of the boys' bedroom and living room and play areas to ensure a calm, organized environment.
?Wardrobe Management: Laundry, ironing, and organizing the children’s clothing and school uniforms.
?Educational Support: Assisting with homework (British Curriculum Year 3) and fostering a love for learning.
?Active Engagement: Facilitating outdoor play, swimming, and creative activities (limiting screen time).
?Emotional IQ: Managing behavioral outbursts with a calm, grounded, and non-reactive approach—specifically for an introverted 8-year-old.
?The Ideal Candidate:
