Family's Introduction to Au Pair

Hello!
We are looking to find a new regular nanny / babysitter for our 3 kids here in Poblenou, Barcelona.
We need someone kind, responsible and calm to help with the kids - a mix of a regular schedule and the flexibility for extra hours when needed. My husband and I often travel for work, so it's important to have someone who can give extra help when one of us is away. This could be with school pick ups, or evening routines, morning school runs if needed, or even during the day if one of the kids is home sick.
We need someone reliable for a regular schedule and also flexible and happy to help at short notice. Someone who is calm and responsible, kind and warm, with experience with multiple kids and babies (we have a 1 year old, 6 year old and 8 year old). Some English is needed also, but doesn't have to be native!
The schedule would be 1 regular evening per week of babysitting (Wednesday or Friday?) and then the flexibility for extra hours as needed. We can offer good pay for the right person - someone we can rely on and build a relationship with to help out our family.
