Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Au Pair to join our household and provide comprehensive support to an individual with autism, CCPTSD, anxiety, and panic disorders. As an Au Pair, you will play a vital role in enabling the individual to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including:
+ Bookkeeping duties
+ Managing communications (physical and digital)
+ Email handling
+ Document drafting
+ Light project management
* Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and organized household, including:
+ Chores around the house
+ Maintaining a clean and organized living space
+ Assisting in organizing improvements or suggestions
* Help with data management, including:
+ Structuring, organizing, tagging, and reconstructing vast quantities of data into chronological timelines
+ Assisting in the creation of automation and robotization through various tools
* Support the individual's self-development, including:
+ Extrapolating and collating thoughts into tangible stories or explainers
+ Aiding in becoming a well-rounded, well-versed, and well-balanced individual
* Assist in negotiating deals with various parties and finding solutions to conflicting policies, rules, or personal opinions
* Help increase the individual's social status by assisting in the creation of blogs, videos, explainers, flowcharts, and other content
* Run errands, including:
+ Simple tasks like throwing away glass bottles
+ Accompanying the individual to meetings and assisting in writing notes and making evidence
### Additional Responsibilities
* Assist in finding and managing additional help, including:
+ Recruiting and coordinating a network of reliable and consistent helpers (friends, volunteers, or hired individuals) to assist with various tasks and projects
+ Identifying and leveraging resources and opportunities to support the individual's goals and objectives
* Help build the individual's freelance gardening business into a small company with recurring garden maintenance services
* Assist in managing and expanding the individual's capacity, including:
+ Finding and managing more people dedicated to various tasks in the house
+ Finding additional funds and resources
+ Creating and managing passive income opportunities
### What We Offer
* Base pay of $300 per month
* Performance-based bonus: 5% of every $100 extra on our bank account per month (marked from our baseline), translating to $5 extra for the Au Pair for every $100 we make
* Comprehensive benefits package, including:

* Own private bedroom
