Au Pair / Childcare & Learning Companion

## Child’s Profile

*Age: 4 years old (girl)
*Personality: Curious, energetic, enjoys learning through play
*Focus: Early learning support, language development, creative and physical activities

## Role Summary

We are seeking a caring, patient, and energetic Au Pair to support the daily care, learning, and development of our 4-year-old daughter. The role combines childcare, gentle tutoring, and structured activities, with an emphasis on learning through play, creativity, and positive guidance.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Childcare & Well?Being

* Ensure the child’s safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being at all times
* Assist with daily routines: meals, snacks, rest time, and bedtime routines (if applicable)
* Encourage good manners, independence, and positive behavior

### 2. Early Learning & Tutoring

* Support early literacy and numeracy (letters, sounds, basic words, numbers, shapes, colors)
* Read stories daily and encourage conversation and vocabulary building
* Engage in educational games and age-appropriate learning activities
* Support school readiness skills: attention, listening, following instructions

### 3. Activities & Play (Very Important)

* Plan and lead a variety of daily activities, such as:

* Arts and crafts
* Singing, music, and dancing
* Puzzles, building blocks, and role play
* Outdoor play, walks, and physical activities
* Encourage creativity, imagination, and problem-solving
* Limit passive screen time and promote active, hands-on play

### 4. Language & Communication

* Support language development (native or second language, if required)
* Speak clearly, model correct language, and encourage expression of feelings

### 5. Routine & Structure

* Help maintain a balanced daily schedule combining learning, play, rest, and free time
* Provide gentle transitions between activities

### 6. Child-Related Household Tasks

* Tidy play areas and child’s room
* Prepare simple, healthy meals/snacks for the child
* Organize toys, books, and learning materials
* Light child-related laundry (if required)

## Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience with young children (ages 3–6)
* Genuine interest in child development and early education
* Positive education
* Patient, calm, creative, and reliable
* Ability to plan activities independently
* Good communication skills
* First-aid knowledge for children (preferred)
