Looking for a Long-Term Nanny and Housekeeper for Our Family
We are looking for not just a nanny but a reliable person who will become part of our family and stay with us for the long term if everything works out well. It is important for us to find a stable, responsible woman for whom working in a family is a conscious choice, not just a temporary job.
We would prefer someone who has already established their personal life and is not actively searching for a husband or planning to have children in the near future, as this job requires commitment and stability.
We are looking for a nanny with experience working with young children (not just her own, but paid experience), with education in childcare and child development, as well as a first aid certification for children.
Work Schedule:
? 6 days a week, with Tuesday as a day off.
? The day starts early in the morning—waking up before the children, preparing their breakfast, packing snacks for school, and getting them ready.
? The workday ends when the children are put to bed, all household tasks are completed, and toys are tidied up.
Responsibilities:
? Household duties in the morning (while the children are at kindergarten): cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and pet care.
? Full attention to the children in the afternoon: playing, reading, educational activities, or outdoor walks.
? Bathing the children, preparing them for bed, and putting them to sleep
? General childcare: ensuring their clothes, toys, and room are clean and organized.
We need someone who is not just a task performer but a role model for the children, helping them manage emotions, teaching them right from wrong, and making responsible decisions. We are looking for a person we can rely on—someone who understands simple but important things, such as checking the weather before dressing the child, preparing everything needed for a walk, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for the children.
This job also includes traveling with the family for vacations.
