We are a loving and peaceful family of three. We have a lovely 6.5-year-old daughter, and both of us parents are 35 years old. All family members are gentle, kind, sincere and easy-going. We live a regular lifestyle and are open-minded and generous. We deeply respect diverse cultures, customs and religious beliefs from around the world, and we are always understanding, tolerant and patient.
We will never be strict or overly demanding, nor will we regard you as merely an employee. Instead, we will welcome you as a real member of our family, treat you as an equal, and care for you just like one of our own family members.
Our little girl is 6 and a half years old, now in the key period of English enlightenment and oral speaking practice. She is innocent, lively, well-behaved and outgoing. She loves making new friends and is full of curiosity about foreign languages and cultures. In daily life, she enjoys chatting, reading English picture books, playing interesting games and joining outdoor activities. She is extremely easy to get along with and never throws tantrums or acts willfully.
The main reason we want to host an au pair is to create a relaxed, natural pure English speaking environment for our daughter. There is no heavy housework or extra work pressure at all. Your daily role is simple and enjoyable:Accompany our daughter in daily English communication, read English picture books together, play interactive games, practice oral English with her, and be a warm language partner to accompany her happy growth.
You only need to keep your own private bedroom neat and tidy, and help keep the shared living areas clean. You are not required to do deep house cleaning, laundry or cooking. Our working schedule is reasonable and highly flexible. You will have abundant personal free time, and there will be no overtime arrangements at any time.
We will try our best to ensure you live comfortably during your stay:You will have your own exclusive private bedroom — quiet, clean, cozy and with complete privacy. We will prepare all daily necessities for you in advance. We provide three homemade meals every day, and we will fully respect your eating habits and any dietary restrictions. Your generous monthly allowance will be paid on time every month.
In your free time, you can arrange your own schedule for traveling, further study and making friends. Besides, we are happy to offer you free opportunities to learn Chinese language, traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy. We will always support you and help you adapt to life in China smoothly. We communicate with each other patiently, and always treat one another with tolerance and understanding. On holidays and vacations, you are warmly welcome to join our family trips to experience local Chinese life, customs and culture, and share pleasant and relaxing moments together.

Job Responsibilities

1. Accompany our kid with daily English enlightenment, including daily English conversations, playing games and reading picture books.

4. Keep your private room tidy and maintain basic neatness of common areas at home.

5. No heavy housework or overtime childcare work. We fully respect your personal resting time.
