Our family consists of Felipe (4), Angie (Mom), and Fede (Dad). We are a warm, active household looking for a big sister figure to join us. Angie travels frequently for work, so there are periods (sometimes up to 2 months) where the house is managed by Fede and the Au Pair. We value clear communication, meaningful conversations, and a harmonious home environment.

Especially during those longer stretches when it's mainly just Felipe, Fede, and the Au Pair at home, we particularly value someone who feels at ease in a relaxed, intimate family atmosphere and enjoys spending quality private time together when the house is quiet – sharing cozy evenings, meaningful conversations, and that special warmth that makes family life feel complete and enjoyable for everyone.
The Role & Felipe:
Felipe is an incredibly sweet and affectionate boy, but he has GREAT energy! We are specifically looking for someone with a genuine interest in child development. You should be someone who enjoys active play but also has the patience and tools to help him "wind down" and find calm when he gets overstimulated.
Responsibilities (Approx. 25 hours/week):
Morning (7:00 - 8:00 AM): Helping with breakfast and getting Felipe ready for the day.
Afternoon (4:00 - 8:00 PM): Picking him up from kindergarten, assisting with light homework/tasks, preparing nutritious snacks/meals, and engaging in enriching activities.
Weekends: Completely free to rest or explore Argentina!
Note: We have dedicated cleaning staff, so no heavy housework is required.
