First we want you to know that before we match we would like you to talk to us (parents) and our children on the to make sure you understand us and are good with this decision :). We appreciate this time just as much.
We are Mica and Kris - our four daughters are Kadence (9: Nov 10th), McKenna (7: March 3rd), and Peyton(3: Apr 30th) and Piper (2: Aug 20th). Mica and I love each other very much and we get along great! We believe it's not the rules that shape a child's personality as much as the actual people they are around so for us the most important thing is that we take care of our relationship first. We are very happy to say that our children are good people and mostly a pleasure to be around. Since the older 2 are in school we mostly need help with our little ones. In this family you're not going to deal with difficult personalities and and major drama. We try to keep things simple and consistent.
We have a 3rd car that our au pairs to use at all times, even when they’re not working. We pay for our au pairs cell phone, gym membership, groceries of course, and even fun activities she takes the kids to when she wants. We would love to get to know you and see if we’re a good fit for you!

Your primary work days will be Monday - Thursday. We will ask you to help on Fridays sometimes (a few hours) and 1-2 times a month with date nights. This schedule has been consistent for 6 years now :). You can confirm all this with out previous 5 Aupairs :).
We want you to be happy here because you are part of our family! so we will want to get to know how we can help you have a good well rounded life and also how we can help you with your goals.
We do not overwork our Aupairs - We respect you as a person and wouldn't ask anything of you that is not fair. You're not just an Aupair, you're a room mate so we want to connect with, be friends and have fun with. We will always be 100% open with you and want the same.
What we want you to do - Love our children, be consistent and firm on rules, teach them, have fun with them, take them to the pool, to soccer practice, to the playground and gymnastics. All the things parents who work need help with!
