We seek to welcome an Au Pair who can be a friend of the family and play the role of an older sibling to our boys. Ideal candidate will have responsible work ethics; gentle and engaging approach to children; and a growth oriented mindset. Our main priority is to keep the children engaged and on schedule throughout the day. Therefore, an engaging personality with an upbeat demeanor and with the attributes of a good role model would be ideal. Main responsibilities will include safely transporting the children to- and from school/activities, preparing their meals/school lunches, keeping them occupied and stimulated in down time. Candidates should have good leadership skills, with the ability to manage each child’s schedule and ensure the day is running smoothly for the family. We are also looking for strong communication skills and ability to fluctuate into different roles such as organizing and running errands around the house. Of course, we understand that each person is different and are happy to accommodate differences in style and personalities.
