My name is Stephen (40), my wife’s name is Kayleigh (37) and we have three kiddos…Jasper (7), Valerie (3) and Caroline (1). We are very excited about starting our new adventure by adding a new person to our family to watch over our kids and experience life in the mountains with us.

I run a parking technology company which I have been a part of for the past 11 years. As a result, I travel quite extensively throughout the US and abroad for business which leaves my wife at home with all three kids for days on end sometimes and while our kids are amazing, we need some help, and an au pair is just the right ticket for us.

We love traveling and have been all over the world together and love experiencing authentic people in their culture which helped us make our decision to bring other cultures into our home.

We moved to Colorado six years ago from Dallas, Texas to get away from the heat, the crowds, and traffic because we love being outside. We are outside more than we are inside. We enjoy being in the mountains whenever we can. We are surrounded by nature, tall peaks, wildlife and great weather. While we feel remote, we are still very close to all the modern amenities of life such as shopping, fine dining, and the arts and entertainment. Colorado Springs is 20 minutes away and downtown Denver is just 45 minutes away.

Our oldest son, Jasper is going into First Grade and will be home schooling with Kayleigh teaching him. Our middle daughter, Valerie, will be starting half-day preschool at a local academy and the youngest, Caroline stays at home. They are all very smart, funny, and beautiful kids that have a ton of energy and love big. Jasper plays baseball, soccer, golf, and does Ninja Warrior classes. The girls aren’t really old enough to get into many activities yet, but Valerie did take her first ski lesson this past season and she loved it. Valerie also does gymnastics and tap/ballet classes. We are hoping to start all 3 children in swim lessons soon.

We have a nice new home at 7,000’ elevation which ensures that we have the best weather in the summertime and lots of snow in the wintertime, which as I alluded to earlier, is the reason we love to be outside so much. This is our little mountain paradise.

In our home, we have a custom finished basement which is about 1,200 square feet. It has lots of natural light in each room. There is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed with dual closets, a kitchen, a full bath, a living room with 85” TV with an electric fireplace, and our son’s home school area that will only really be used during the day when he will be at school. Otherwise, it will be a nice private space for you to hang out while you are living in our home. We cook a lot but also enjoy finding new restaurants too.

We are a laid back family of 5 and our kids are starting to get into new activities and school. My husband travels for work extensively and I would love to have someone who can help watch the kids and pick up/drop off and join us on our vacations.
