We are a young, energetic and a super fun family of three, looking host an Au Pair beginning January/February, 2018. My husband and I both immigrated into United States in our childhood and predominantly speak English in our household. We want our children to speak Russian language, which is why we are seeking a Russian-speaking Au Pair. This is the second year we are participating in the program as a host family. We are currently hosting a wonderful Au Pair from Serbia and her term will end February 7th, 2018. So far we absolutely love the experience, and as a family including our au pair, we traveled together to Florida and Hawaii. We don't know what this year will bring, but we promise a loving home, respectful atmosphere, and very comfortable amenities and accommodations.



Our daughter Elizabeth will be 16 months old in February, and she is super fun, affectionate, lovable and absolutely adorable! She is walking all over the place and loves to explore and interact. We are also expecting our second daughter to be born beginning of April. Luckily, Mom has a maternity leave and will be spending the first three months at home to care for the newborn. To that extent, both parents usually work from home, so most of the time there will always be someone at the house. When it comes to Au Pair work schedule, it is usually 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, and with rare exceptions, weekends are always off.



We live in on a large estate, located in the equestrian heart of Northern Virginia, just 35 minutes from Washington DC. We have beautiful panoramic view of the forest, and a large outdoor living space, including a big swimming pool with a diving board, our own children's playground, big patio and deck. Our main house is very big, offering 800+ square meters of living space across three floors, with large open rooms and colonial style decor. Our Au Pair will enjoy the privacy of her own fully furnished detached guest house to use after hours, with a private bathroom, two closets, open kitchenette, entertainment, television, internet, and cell with unlimited 4G connection.



Because our area is very private, there is no public transportation. Our Au Pair will have her own car to use for personal use, so proven driving experience is required.
