Family's Introduction to Au Pair
We are a warm, organized family in Delray Beach seeking a dependable, experienced Nanny / Household Manager to support our home and care for our 9-year-old triplets. We share 50/50 custody, so our schedule alternates weekly between Kid Weeks and Non-Kid Weeks, offering consistency, balance, and built-in downtime.
Our home also includes three friendly rescue cats and one gentle rescue dog, so comfort with pets is important. We value clear communication, mutual respect, and advance planning, and we are looking for someone who enjoys creating calm, well-run days for both children and home.

Job Description
A. Kid Week — ~54 Hours
Monday–Thursday (Split Shifts)
6:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Morning childcare & household reset (breakfast, school prep/drop-offs, kitchen reset, light laundry, pet care)
1:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Afternoon/evening childcare (school pick-ups, activities, homework, dinner, evening routine, kitchen reset, pet care)
Friday (Early End)
6:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Morning childcare & household reset
1:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Afternoon childcare and end-of-week wrap-up
Friday night off beginning at 6:00 PM
Saturday: Off all day
Sunday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (10 hours) — Full childcare, laundry, meal prep, household organization, pet care
Overnights During Parent Travel: Required when scheduled in advance and included in compensation. Full responsibility for children and pets. Private bedroom with shared bathroom provided.

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — Full household reset, laundry, pantry/fridge clean-out, organization, pet care
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM — School pick-up, transport to dinner with mother, drop-off at father’s residence, evening pet care, household reset
Thursday: Flexible household & pet care block (hours scheduled in advance)
Friday–Sunday: Off, unless pet care or overnight coverage is requested in advance due to parent travel
Flexible House & Pet Care Duties (9–14 hrs/week): Linen changes, fridge refresh, organization projects, dog walks, litter deep cleaning, grooming coordination, supply restock, and pet overnight coverage as needed.
