Kids are great, both in daycare. They love each other and play very well. Parker is 4 turning 5 in August, and Jack is 2 turning 3 in October. They love to color, dance, play tickle monster. Totally independent at all local parks and rec centers. They make fast friends. I run a company with 10 locations across the US. Work from home (in office) and I am very focused. I expect an aupair to know what makes senes. Not a micro manager. Everyone should have fun.

Looking for a full time caregiver for my family of 3. Have separate room & bath with beautiful views from a newly built mountain home. I travel for work, monthly overnights required, but happy to collaborate on hours around these dates. Housekeeping related to kids clothing, meals, and spaces. I keep a clean house and value that experience for all. Kids are required to help pick up and participate in guided chores. Drop offs and pickups from daycare required. Trips to parks, the rec center, and children's museum required. I am a big proponent of independent play with light supervision, and engaged play as well. Work involves setting up activities and games, bath time, and monthly bedtime routines when I travel (less than 1 wk/month.
