We live about 12 miles from downtown in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with a lot of natural beauty and walking trails. We have a large home with a media room and playroom upstairs. We also have a pool in our backyard as well as a park right down the street. We are looking for someone that can be integrated into our family while also understanding each others need for alone time and privacy. Someone who is loving, kind, patient and creative would be ideal. High energy and a positive attitude would also be wonderful.

Our daughter is amazing! She is a brain cancer survivor and truly a miracle. She is super smart, fun, witty, has a ton of energy and loves to sing and dance. Disclaimer- she does have the attention span of a squirrel and likes to stay active.

For us, we are a hard working couple that obviously have been through a lot with her cancer treatment. Luckily, she has been done with treatment for almost three years and has been tumor free since she was three days old (crazy, we know!). We also have a 6 year old labradoodle dog, Clover.

We are seeking a loving, patient, energetic female live-in Au Pair/House helper to care for our 3.5 year old daughter a few hours per day and help maintain the household in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time position with room and board included as well as free meals and paid time off. In addition, you will be paid $300-400 weekly dependent on tasks agreed upon such as cleaning, laundry and cooking.

The ideal candidate has experience with toddler-aged children, be fully vaccinated, must have a valid driver's license, and be CPR trained. We have a pool so a strong swimmer is preferred. Must be eligible for work in the US without sponsorship. Our daughter will be attending pre-school so your responsibility will be to pick her up and care for her in the afternoons as well on days she is off from school. We would also like some pre planned date nights and occasional weekend support. While she is in school, we would love help with cooking, cleaning and laundry.

Our daughter is very active and loves learning and playing, but has a short attention span and so she likes to do a lot of activities. We try to minimize screen time. She is very smart and silly.
We also have a 6 year old medium-sized labradoodle who is very sweet and well-behaved. As for us, we are in our mid-thirties who both work full-time. We enjoy trying new foods, going to the movies, traveling, and playing board games.
