Family's Introduction to Au Pair

We are a family of 4 (Irene and Justin with two kids).
My wife Irene is in the medical field and I work as a software engineer. Our son, Alexi, is 5 years old and started going to school this past September. Rosemary, who is 3, goes to a daycare. We need help with Rosemary and Alexi to get them ready in the morning and also in the evening.
We live in Ashburn, VA, which is in the Washington, DC area. We live about 35-50 minutes away from downtown DC. Ashburn is very safe and quite nice.

We need someone to help get our kids ready during the
following time slots:
1- In the morning before they go to school.
2- At 3PM when the boy (5 years old) comes back from school.
3- During dinner time.
