6)we have cleaning lady who comes every two weeks to clean the house we don't need your help cleaning our house.
7)you can use our car on one day of a weekend
with in city limits.
8)We don’t allow any other friend or other au pair to ride our car.
9) we dont allow vid, our children's delicate age and needs.
Qualities required in Au pair:
1)Confident driver
2)Can confidently communicate in English
3)not here to do just partying or socializing. ( we are not stopping you from socializing but be mindful about work as well) It’s healthy to socialize but with mindfulness.
4)Energetic, considerate of family’s ever-changing needs.
5)wants to learn new culture and wants to teach her language to our kids.
6)Who understands difficulties of both working parents and is willing to help pitch in if the situation calls for Such as both parents are working for long hours on that same day.
Please note following:
WE WILL NOT BE YOUR IDEAL Family:
1)if you are planning to come to United States just for partying, socialization and give us wrong attitude for childcare needs.
2)If you are planning to put our kids in front of TV,
3)if you are not comfortable taking care of a pet, our golden doodle.
4)If you don't understand basic English.
5)if you have an attitude to say ‘NO’ when we really need your help; then we are not your family for sure.
6)if you are not comfortable loading and unloading dishwasher.
7)if you are not comfortable folding laundry.
8)If you are Not confident in your driving skills.

We really need your help with:
1) getting kids ready for the school ( that includes waking up AT 6 or 6.30 am , getting them snacks for school, giving them chocolate milk to drink, giving them fruits before they go to school, brushing their teeth, applying sunscreen before they leave for school.)
2) they get picked up by the school bus at 7:20 AM and dropped at 2.10 PM.
3) You need to be present at school bus pick up at 7.30 AM and drop at 2:10 outside.
4) Once they come home they are hungry sometimes because school has very limited options for lunch for vegetarian kids. you might need to fix small meal for them.
5) then after school they go for the activities such as tuition, swim lesson, therapy etc we need a confident driver who can take care of these responsibilities of driving our kids safely back and forth. So driving safely is a very integral part of this job.
6)in the evening when they are back from their activities, they need their dinner, which could be frozen pizza heated in air fryer, chicken Nuggets, rise, pasta or other frozen food that can be heated in air fryer.
7)after or before dinner they need to take bath; in the shower in the room.
8)at night before going to bed they need to brush their teeth by 8 PM.
9)You need to be intuitive about their schedule if they're hungry they will take dinner if they are not then they can take bath.
10) they don't have fixed schedule about time for dinner which could be between 5.30-7.30 PM, bath could be from 4 to 7 PM, brushing of teeth at night to be done by 7.30 to 8.30.
11)waking them up at 6:30 will be your responsibility.
12)we want you to teach our kids independence so when you put brush their teeth, give them bath etcetera give them some independence and observe if they are doing it correctly or not.
13)during summer vacation you may have to work more than 45 hours and you will be rewarded for the same by additional bonus money.
14)You need to engage, Observe, and keep them safe while they are swimming; we have a swimming pool in our house.
15)Our 11 year old needs lot of what about redirections and patience; that is why we want someone who shows patience and understanding while taking care of his needs.
16)our five year old is neurotypical and you have to go asked for his needs and wants
17)we have a golden doodle puppy, 14 months old and he needs to be walked every day.
18)our puppy needs to be fed three times a day and needs water; when we are not around.
19)We need your help doing laundry sometimes but need help with folding laundry all the time.
20)we want you to load and unload dishwashers every day.
### Rarely helping with:
1)taking out trash, taking out recycle.
2)helping out with kids when they are at home due to holidays or sickness, We promise you will be rewarded for your extra work.
3) rarely taking kids for their weekend activities if both the parents are busy at work
