Introduction
Reasons why I can be your ideal Au pair:
1) I have a clear vocation for child care.
2) I am a proactive boy with initiative.
3) Attentive and thorough. I like to be attentive to small details.
4) Funny and with a sense of humor. I believe that children should be entertained, in a climate of safety, but also fun and entertainment.
5) I have good communication skills, both with parents and children.
6) I am a patient, sweet and affectionate person.
7) Organized. Only an organized person will be able to have leadership skills so that the little ones obey them.
8) Punctual. With me you can have the peace of mind of having a serious person, who gives you confidence and who is responsible with his obligations.
9) Mature and responsible. Au pair work requires enormous responsibility, so you must be a mature person with the ability to manage all kinds of situations and even more so with the care of a baby.
Additional Information:
Previously I tried to summarize in the smallest possible space everything that is really important and everything that I considered made me stand out among many. I understand that, as a rule, parents have little time: in addition to working, they have to take care of their children.
If you have come this far, I assume that you have been interested in something in my profile. That is why I invite you to read my additional information. It is not mandatory to read it. But with this you can broaden your view of me.
A) letter to the family:
Dear host family,
I am excited to live a new stage of my life with you and give my best so that in all this time we can create broad bonds of friendship and respect. I am also excited to teach and help your children in everything they need to make this a year of many positive experiences and much learning. I want your children to develop the best version of themselves in any field (studies, school, sports, etc.) and I am willing to do what I can to achieve this goal. I feel happy and lucky for this great opportunity to visit the United States and somehow be part of your family for a whole year, make new friends and learn a lot about your culture, traditions, food and different things from your country. I also want to let you know a little about my culture, my traditions and make you exquisite typical dishes from my country (to make that cultural exchange that excites me so much). My expectations are to improve my English, adapt and learn from your culture and make great friends as I mentioned before. For now, I have no major worries. I feel that it will not be difficult to adapt to a new culture different from my own, I also know that I can find different personalities and different parenting methods than in my country. It seems to me that Americans are used to a slightly faster way of life than I am used to, but I am sure that in time we will understand each other and find the best way to adapt to each other and make an excellent team.
B) Hobbies:
I like to exercise, train CrossFit, climb the mountain, swim, play soccer, ping pong, and ride my bike. I also like to go for a walk and see new places like museums, zoologists, etc. I like to cook, invent recipes, prepare barbecues and make hamburgers. I am passionate about art, I like music, music production, writing songs, painting and drawing.
C) Christmas:
One of the things that I look forward to the most in my Au Pair year is to spend Christmas with my future host family, since it is the time of the year that I like the most. I would love to help you decorate the Christmas tree, teach the children Christmas songs. sing or play any instrument with the family. I would also love to teach you all about our Christmas gastronomy such as (hallaca, ham bread and black cake). typical dishes that together we will cook and taste.
Friendly greetings.
Thanks for your attention!
Hende Pérez,
