Introduction
Dear Family, I'm Kris and I am a recent Graduate from University where I studied Business with Modern Languages. I am currently living in Paris and working as a teaching assistant in Montreuil. I grew up in France and lived there for around 5 years before moving back to England when I was 10. I decided in November that I wanted to spend a considerable amount of time in a French city to be immersed in the language again. I am currently living in Oberkampf, but my contract expires at the end of April. I thought I would try being an au pair for a few months as would like to spend the summer here in Paris. I have had considerable childcare and teaching experience and would love to find an interesting family! I would only be willing to give up 10-15 hours of my time at most every week, as I am not looking for a full-time position, which I appreciate isn't ideal for everybody, however, I am very easy going and am happy to help out with any task during those hours, including childcare or teaching. English is my mother tongue, although I speak French fluently and have acquired a decent level of Spanish having spent 6 months teaching there a couple years ago. I have also spent 3 months living and teaching in Thailand and grew very fond of traveling. I have also explored most of western Europe and eastern Australia, although I am residing in Paris for now! I have a rather small family, only 5 of us. My parents and sister are living near Cambridge at the moment whereas my brother is currently working in Bilbao. I am an avid football fan, as well as a keen futsal player (indoor 5 a side). Fitness and health are important to me, and I follow a vegan diet as well as practice strength training. My only criteria would be the location. I would want to be located in Paris, not outside! Send me a message if you are interested :)
