Introduction
My name is Marta and I’m 25 years old. I still live with my father and my 19-year-old brother, and we have a turtle and a dog.
I have graduated from secondary business school and a DiS. degree. in the field of preschool pedagogy, where I completed a 5-month internship in a kindergarten. I am now studying banking remotely. I work on a full-time basis as a deputy manager at Okay.
My hobbies are squash, tennis, skating, cycling, hiking and traveling and wellness.
I first tried the Aupair 2022 in November, where I stayed until 4/2023. I was in Morocco with a family with alternating care. I took care of two children for one week (Chadi 12 years old, Lili 14 years old) Chadi had diabetes, so I gave him diabetes before every meal and measured him during the day and night.
In the morning, I always woke up the children and prepared breakfast for them, and the driver took us to school and then back home, where I was free until 2:30 p.m. I slept most of the time because I had to measure Chadi min. 6 times a night.
I didn't have to cook, they had a cook and there wasn't even a cleaning lady to clean the house, but I always cleaned the rooms and bathrooms after the children in the morning. In the afternoon I picked them up and we either went to football or to the park or go home, where I made the children a small snack and when they rested we played games or went for a walk.
Chadi really likes the computer, so sometimes it was hard to going to the garden to play, etc.
In the few months I was there, I visited Austria, France and Spain. That was very cool! I decided to come back because I didn't make a change in my English and also because when I had the whole week to myself, I was "bored" and I didn't have anyone there to talk to and improve my English.
My second family was in Finland, where I took care of two boys Danny, Tommy (2,4), the boys went to kindergarten, so in the morning I prepared breakfast and accompanied them to kindergarten. I cleaned the house and picked them up at 4 pm. and was in charge of them until 8 pm. I was in Finland for less than 5 months.
I’m on my third Aupir family since February 2024. We travel between Dubai, England and Australia. I look after Rose 1.5 and George 3.5. So far it's my best family I've been to and I'm satisfied. I work 8 hours 6 days a week.
