I grew up in a large, loving family and I have always been surrounded by children. For the past 2 years, I have worked as a full-time nanny for a wonderful family with two children, a 3-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl. My responsibilities included preparing meals, helping with homework, creating fun educational games, bedtime routines, and school drop-offs. This experience taught me to be extremely patient, responsible, and creative. I truly love helping children learn and grow in a safe and happy environment.
I would describe myself as responsible, calm, fun, and caring. I am a very active person who loves playing football, cooking, and teaching songs. I am excited to share my Tanzanian culture with your children. I can teach them Swahili songs, cook some healthy Tanzanian food, and tell them stories about my country. At the same time, I am very eager to learn about American culture and be a helpful big brother to your children.
My main goal as an Au Pair is to build a strong, trusting relationship with your family. Your children's safety and happiness will always be my number one priority. I am very flexible and I will respect your family rules and parenting style. I am also a very good communicator, so I believe we can work together as a team to give your children the best care.
After my Au Pair experience, my dream is to open a daycare center in my community in Tanzania. Your family will be helping me achieve this dream by giving me international childcare experience.
