Dear Family,
My name is Nozi (short for Nozibusiso), my name means “blessings” in Zulu. I’m a 25-year-old from the Kingdom of Eswatini with a genuine love for children, a warm heart, and serious wanderlust.
I’ve always been surrounded by kids. I’m the fun auntie to 8 nephews and nieces: the youngest is 5, the oldest is 20, and I’ve been actively involved in their lives throughout the years. Whether it’s outdoor play, homework help, or just being a reliable presence they can count on, caring for children has never felt like work to me. It’s just who I am. I’m also volunteering with children at a local preschool, which is giving me experience with kids outside my immediate family.
I studied Filmmaking & Broadcasting at Near East University in Northern Cyprus for five years, so I bring a creative eye and a storytelling heart to everything I do. I’m currently working part-time remotely as a Digital Engagement Lead for a startup NGO and as a freelance creative communications specialist. I’m also TEFL certified and hold a DELF A1 French certificate. I’m currently learning Arabic through Duolingo and language exchange because I’m passionate about the Gulf region and its culture.
What I’m looking for is a family that values genuine connection and mutual respect. I want to build a real bond with your children, experience your culture authentically, and be treated as part of the family and not just as help. In return, I’ll bring reliability, warmth, creativity, and dedication to your home every day. I’m tidy and organized by nature, I respect household routines, and I’m happy to adapt to your family’s way of life.
I’m a dog lover (I grew up with outdoor dogs!) but I am allergic to cats, and I haven’t cared for other pets apart from dogs.
My dream is to become a teacher and eventually a children’s book author, so being an au pair gives me invaluable hands-on experience understanding how children learn, play, and grow.
I’m open to a long-term commitment (24 months) because I believe consistency and stability are what children need most. I’d love to be part of your family.
