Dear Family.

I am a kind passionate and loving person. I am a fully qualified chef. I studied at a top chef school and I worked in fine dining establishments such as La Colombe. I also went on to food styling for Fresh Living magazine and Woolworths Taste Magazine, later then did a vegan cookbook that specialised in vegan/vegetarian.

I am all around a kind and gentle soul. I work hard. I have a very open mind and don't fall on judgements or prejudice. My intentions are always at heart fully pure, and I wear them proudly on my sleeves. I love music and nature. I love cooking (obviously) and baking. It's always great to to be able to teach other about cooking and food. About sourcing nourishing ingredients and being conscious about what you put in your body.

When I worked as a food stylist assistant I was tasked with shopping and "budget buying" so I am able to do grocery errands and as a chef I tend to look for local sources of beautifully grown fruit and vegetables or grass-fed free range healthy happy type farms to order meat from. I tend to do quality control when buying ingredients, ensuring to get the best and freshest.

I enforce clean as you go principles when cooking or just working in general. So I tend to tidy and organise often.

I am a creative person too and I am known to be a jack of all trades. I look forward to to new adventures and creating everlasting memories and connections.
