My name is Aimee, I’m 19 years old, and I’m from Cape Town, South Africa. I am thrilled to introduce myself as a potential AuPair for your family. I recently graduated from high school and am currently taking a gap year to gain valuable experience before pursuing my passion for filmmaking in a few years.
During my gap year, I’ve been dedicating my time to volunteering at a crèche and a baby home for abandoned babies. This experience has deepened my love for children and reinforced my belief that every child has a unique story and a special gift. I am passionate about helping children grow and develop as individuals. I often take on babysitting duties in my family, including looking after my young twin cousins, who are currently 3 years old.
I have a genuine interest in people's well-being and love helping others where I can. I believe in giving back without expecting anything in return, simply because it’s rewarding to see how it makes others happy. I also have a strong desire to see the world and experience different cultures. I enjoy spending time at home watching movies, but I’m equally intrigued by the outdoors. I love taking my dog for walks and visiting the park.
I believe that time is precious, and it’s important to spend it together, creating memories we will cherish. I am committed to nurturing and supporting your children, helping them explore their own stories and gifts, and creating a positive and enriching environment for their growth.
