Hello, my dear host family!
My name is Kseniia, I'm 23 years old. I am from Russia.
I wish to become an Au pair because I am found of children and taking care of them first of all. Besides, I like to travel, and I want to have a new experience in living abroad, communicating with the new interesting people in the USA. Additionally, I am willing to get to know American culture and traditions better as it can improve my English skills to.
In fact, I really like children, like to spend time with them, like to teach something useful to them. I have already got about 1200 hours of childcare in my practice, Their age is quite different: from newborn to 8 years old. They were different: very active kids, calm children. Four days in the week I tend t help my colleague to take care of children. Also I help to my cousin with her 5 years old daughter. I prefer working with children from 2 to10 years. We were playing various games, making exercise, and so on. My task included preparing baby food. Bathing and putting children to bed, walking with pets and making some handmade.
Likewise, it is very interesting to teach them to read, write and learn something new. Then I was 15 years old I served a choreographer in my dance class for children from 5 to 7 years. It was a group of 10 children. It was not easy but I did it. Also I have a niece, she is 5 years old. All the time when I come to visit her, we are engaged in the common activities. We are playing, drawing, singing or reading books. So, I can say that I have an extensive experience in working with children.
What is more, I am very responsible, positive and friendly person. I am very active not regarding whether it is a working or resting time of the day. Also, I like pets very much. I have a drivers license so driving a car is not a problem for me. I can teach your children play the piano a little, dance, play volleyball, and cook. Your kids will never be bored with me!
To the end of our collaboration, I am sure that I will be able to become a really good friend and helper for your children and you. When I am close to children, I feel comfortable and forget about all the problems.
