To my future 2nd family!

I will try to make this as raw and authentic as possible since i don’t want to be flagged as ai/chat gpt person as i believe it is important nowadays to be genuine with human connection amidst technology-driven world.

I have been living day to day finding purpose and beautiful pursuits in this life called adventure, always sees everything with a silver lining. My life is filled with colors despite living with hardships—which is i think a beautiful recipe in life, and i am proud of this. Filled with colors? That is because of the children in the foundation that i have been volunteering for years. I am currently volunteering with Kythe Foundation here in the Philippines as Childlife Support Assistant and Documentary Photographer, helping the children with cancer and chronic illness. I found my purpose of helping the children with special needs and it became the most healing journey within me. Imagine these children fighting for their lives while smiling amidst their health condition. As an adult, who are we not to fight for our lives? It became a realization to me to fight, whatever you’ve been going through in your journey.

Before Kythe Foundation, i also had an experience volunteering to various organizations helping children and remote/vulnerable communities in my country just like Citizen of the World Foundation, UNICEF, Bantay Bata and iCARE Ministries Foundation to name a few since 2011. I just love extending my life helping poeple regardless their status, beliefs or organization. I believe this is my greatest contribution and purpose in life.

Today, I’m writing this letter not to brag but to humbly tell you that i am ready to extend this journey not just here in the Philippines—my loving country, but also to your family, my future family (wherever you are in the world). I believe this is now time to see the beauty of the other countries, specially the beauty of your culture and people, hoping i can experience this beauty and somehow i can contribute by sharing my skills, passion in helping and taking care children-my purpose. I am also doing this for my siblings so that i can be able to help them sending to school-their dream is my dream too and i couldn’t be more thankful if you will be the God-sent family to help me achieve it.

I can’t wait to share more about this dream and my purpose. More than anything else, it’s my motivation that’s driving me to take this journey and i believe that’s the most important thing. Skills and Knowledge can be achieved, but motivition is the number one driving force of someone to achieve something they want, whatever it takes!
