Good day! I hope you and your family are doing well. My name is Aramella, I am 21 years old, and I come from the Philippines. I am writing this letter to introduce myself and to express my interest in becoming your au pair. I am very excited about the opportunity to be part of your family, take care of your children, and experience a new culture while sharing my own.

I would describe myself as a kind, patient, and responsible person. I grew up in a family where we take care of each other, and because of that, I learned how important it is to be loving, respectful, and understanding. I am someone who enjoys simple things in life, and I find happiness in helping others, especially children.

I have experience taking care of children from newborns up to 8 years old. I have looked after babies, toddlers, and young kids, which helped me understand their different needs depending on their age. When taking care of newborns, I learned how to be gentle and careful. I helped with feeding, changing diapers, putting them to sleep, and making sure they are always safe and comfortable. With toddlers and older children, I became more active and playful. I enjoy spending time with them, talking, playing, and helping them learn new things.

I truly enjoy being around children because they are full of energy and joy. I like playing games with them, drawing, coloring, telling stories, and doing simple activities that make them happy. On days when we stay indoors, I try to think of creative ways to keep them entertained, like arts and crafts or simple learning games. I believe that children learn best when they are having fun, so I always try to create a positive and happy environment for them.

Aside from playing, I also understand the importance of responsibility. Taking care of children is not just about having fun, it is also about making sure they are safe and well taken care of. I always pay attention to their needs and make sure they are supervised properly. I am willing to follow your rules and routines, whether it is meal times, nap times, or bedtime. I understand that every family is different, and I am open to learning your way of doing things.

I can also help with simple household tasks, especially those related to the children. I can prepare simple meals, clean up after them, organize their toys, and keep their space tidy. I like keeping things clean and organized because it makes the environment more comfortable for everyone. I am also willing to help in any way that can make your daily routine easier.

As a person, I am friendly and easy to get along with. I respect other people’s opinions and I try my best to communicate clearly and honestly. I believe that good communication is very important in building trust, especially between an au pair and a host family. I am always open to feedback and willing to improve myself.

I am also adaptable and willing to learn new things. I understand that living in another country will be a big change for me, but I am ready to face it with a positive attitude. I am excited to learn about your culture, your traditions, and your way of life. At the same time, I would be happy to share my culture with you, such as Filipino food, customs, and values.

In my free time, I enjoy simple activities like watching movies, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with my family. I also like doing things that help me relax and stay positive. I am not a complicated person, and I easily find joy in small moments. I also like exploring new things like visiting a museum, a hike spot and even walking in the park.

If you choose me as your au pair, I promise to take care of your children with love, patience, and responsibility. I will treat them as if they are my own family. I understand how important it is for you to trust someone with your children, and I will do my best to earn that trust every day.
