Hello my future host family,
My name is June Britney, I am 26 years old, and I am from the Philippines. I come from a close-knit and loving family, and growing up in such an environment taught me the importance of respect, responsibility, and caring for others. I learned about the Au Pair Program through friends who are already au pairs in different parts of Europe. This program truly excites me because becoming an au pair and experiencing life in Europe has been one of my dreams since I was a child. I would love to learn more about your culture, traditions, and daily life while being part of a loving host family.
I am a warm, kind, and patient person, especially with children. I am not very talkative, but I am also not too quiet. I enjoy interacting with children and making them feel comfortable, included, and safe around me. I have experience taking care of children because I have three younger siblings who are more than ten years younger than me. When they were still babies, I helped my mother with bathing, feeding, playing, and putting them to sleep. As the second eldest of six siblings, I also learned to do household chores from a young age, which taught me responsibility and the importance of helping others.
As an au pair, I value respect and open communication. I will always respect my host family’s home and belongings, and I believe that honest and friendly communication is the key to building a positive and trusting relationship. I am excited about the opportunity to grow personally, learn about new cultures, and improve my language skills through this experience.
