Hello! My name is Irene Joy, and I am a 23-year-old from the Philippines. I recently graduated with a degree in Tourism Management. I am very excited to apply as an Au Pair because I love learning about new cultures and truly enjoy helping families care for their children. I have a warm personality and am very disciplined when it comes to keeping a home safe, clean, and happy. 

I grew up in a big family, so I have spent many years taking care of my younger nieces and nephews. I am very experienced in babysitting and making sure children are always safe and well. I enjoy reading stories to them, playing games, and helping them with their basic school activities. I also understand how important it is to follow a child’s daily routine for eating, sleeping, and hygiene. 

My professional background in hospitality has also taught me how to manage a household well. I have completed training in hotels and for an airline, where I learned how to keep living spaces very clean and organized.I am a hard worker who can handle busy schedules with a calm and patient attitude. 

I am a patient, caring, and open-minded person. My goal is not just to work, but to truly become a part of your family life and experience a new culture firsthand. My goal is also to be a helpful "big sister" to your children and a reliable, caring member of your family.
