My name is Julie Ann, I am 25 years old, and I am from Philippines. I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming an au pair in your family. This opportunity is something I’m deeply excited about because I truly enjoy working with children and experiencing new cultures.
Although I am a first-time au pair, I have plenty of experience caring for children. I have been babysitting my nieces from the ages of 2 to 10 for several years. I love being involved in their daily lives—whether it's preparing meals, helping with schoolwork, playing games, or simply making them laugh. These moments have taught me how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to a child’s needs.
I graduated from senior high school in 2018 and also hold an A1 German language certificate. I am open to learning more and improving my language skills while living abroad. I am also willing and happy to help with light housework, cooking, and household routines. I consider myself an honest, flexible, and cheerful person who adapts well to different situations.
One of the main reasons I want to become an au pair is to learn more about other cultures and ways of life. I believe living with a host family is the best way to do this. I look forward to sharing my Filipino culture with you and your children, through food, stories, and traditions. At the same time, I am very excited to learn from you and be a supportive and loving “big sister” figure to your kids.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, singing, hiking, and exploring new places. I’m full of positive energy and always try to bring joy to the people around me—especially children.
