Dear family
My name is Angelique Jane, 24 years old. Living in Block 11, Gardenia St., lot 9, Rafaela Homes, Makinabang, Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines. I am currently working as sales personnel in Jade Mavi Variety Store which my father owns. I would like to describe myself as a hardworking, enthusiastic and patient kind of person. I can easily adapt to the environment where I’m in and determined to achieve my personal goals and growth in life. I like to travel and visit tourist attractions, since seas and mountains really calm me and give me comfort all the time. I love listening to music and sing along with it. I am also into cooking like snacks to prepare since I do have a sweet tooth.
I belong to a middle class family. There are six members including me, my parents and three siblings. My father is a business man who owns a store nearby. My mother is a housewife. My elder sister is a cleaner currently working in Finland. My elder brother is an IT professional in a cruise ship, while the younger is a pilot student. We are a type of family who thrives hard every day to be successful and stable in the near future, but we also make sure to alot a certain time to bond with each other. We have a close family relationship which we really maintain an open communication and strong sense of emotional support.
I had an experience taking care of 2 children 2 years ago. Two cute little girls named Louise and Rj, they are so loving and cheerful. I enjoy spending time with them since taking care of children is really my forte. I play with them, prepare snacks, feed them, fixing their hair and help them if they need something like homework and other activities. I already have a background in taking care of children and household chores that can help my future host family. You can expect me to take care of your children the way you want me to for example bathing, feeding, playing, helping with homework ,taking them to school and all other responsibilities . I also do not mind helping with household chores. As your au pair, I will bring a source of fun, kindness, respect and love to your home. I will always treat the kids as if they are my own and make sure they feel comfortable and happy to have me around.
I want to be an au pair because I want to experience life in Europe. I would love to learn a new culture and language, new environment and life filled with good memories together with my host family. To be an au pair is a good opportunity and a dream come true to me, but not just for myself but also to be beneficial to my host family in the future. I want to challenge myself and go out from my comfort zone.
