I’m 23-year-old Catherine from the Philippines. I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am primarily an introvert, with a slight extroverted side. When I feel bored, I play badminton and online games. And I truly adore cats and dogs. Among my skills are creativity, time management, adaptability, problem solving, cleaning, and cooking (basic dishes).
As an introvert it's challenging for me to apply this kind of program. There is a fear, but guess what? I want to conquer it. How would I know things in my surroundings if I wouldn't face it. So maybe this is my time to show what capable I have. I find being an au pair to be really intriguing. I want to try it even though it's fresh and strange. One of my dreams is to experience and learn about the many cultures, religions, locations, histories, and cuisines. Additionally, I want to share my knowledge and experiences from my home country with my prospective host family. They are my second family, so I must cherish my time with them. It's not just about the cultural exchange, it is more than the moment and memories that both parties valued. If my faith is strong, I'm grateful that God allowed me to have this kind of experience.
