Hello, future host family. I am Liezel, 26 years old, living in the Philippines. I graduated high school and have a skill in caregiving. I have done my caregiving course this year and have experience with this as well. I took my OJT (on-the-job training) at Missionaries of the Poor, which specializes in taking care of persons with disabilities, for 160 hours. I am also working now as a caregiver here in the Philippines for the elderly; I took care of an 86-year-old bedridden woman for 2 months and do the bathing and grooming she needs. And now I'm currently looking after an old man for his assistance and monitoring his vital signs once in a while. For my childcare, I have work experience. In 2020-2021, for less than a year, I took care of a 7-year-old. the work I did there was accompanying the kid while he was playing outside, giving him a bath for his groom, and helping him with his schoolwork. I also have a personal experience in childcare with my nephews. I am obedient, diligent, and open for change.
