Dear future host family,

Nice to meet you! My name is Bonnie, I am a 17 year old senior in high school who is looking for an AuPair job once I graduate and throughout 2027. I am of European decent of English, Scottish, Irish and Norwegian who was born in Australia. A bit about me is that for a while, I have been wanting to attend university but over the last five years of growing, I have noticed that I do not really suit classroom environment's and prefer more hand on work that interest me so I have been looking into being an AuPair. I love music, sports, exploring, animals, family and art. I have a bubbly personality, play the piano, have played multiple sports, do photography and love traveling. I have had multiple pets and lots of experience of looking after and nurturing them. One thing about me is that since I was a young child, I grew up in Australia traveling with my family. I have been to Bali 6+ times, to Thailand twice, traveled across European countries and to New Zealand where I currently live. I wish to continue my travels and experiencing new cultures and people which is another reason why I am interested in the Au pair opportunities. I would also like to build my future in the most enjoyable way possibly where I can learn things from others while traveling rather than being in a lecture. I think learning this way is a lot better, especially because classroom envrioments aren't suitable for everyone which I think is okay and can be used as a strength in everyday things.

I have experience in baby sitting, exposure to new environments/cultures and being paired with exchange students that have come to my school in the past from multiple different countries like Brazil, Japan and France who I still stay in contact with to this day. I can easily make friendships and bonds wherever I go, willing to take up new challenges, learn new languages to gain knowledge and explore as much as I can while making life long memories.

I love looking after people no matter what age but my favourite has always been looking after and spending time with my younger/baby cousins. I have been a suitable role model for them and have the best time with them. Though I can be pretty extroverted around my friends and family I can be very relaxed and calm as I enjoy just going with the flow rather than being surrounded by rushed/stressful envrioments. I love quiet time where I can enjoy being surrounded by earths atsmophere and/or my friends and family. I would love to join your family in the future of 2027, get to experience opportunities I wouldn't get to in New Zealand, experience new family environments and learn new languages which is why I think I would be suitable for an AuPair role.
