Dear host family
I am Sahian and I am 26 years old,I am a simple girl with many dreams
in life that I would like to fulfill taking advantage of my youth and my preparation thanks to God my
parents could give me, I studied hospitality because I like to deal with people, give them experiences that enjoy their holidays, and meet people (I am very sociable), I like to learn languages; so I decided it was the best option I would dedicate my entire life to.
When I was little when I watched my princesses' films, I always had Disneyland in mind, I always said I wanted to go I didn’t know those parks were overseas, My parents didn’t get a chance to take me back to my childhood so I started with the biggest dream of my life that is to visit some Disneyland park, my main reason for studying Hospitality.
I currently live in Tulum with 2 roommates, Eridany and Nella.
We are like brothers because we spend a lot of time together, and we try always to support each other like a team.
I expect this program as an au pair to make me the best friend of my children who see me as an older sister who cares for them and teaches them, improve my English and think in English, speak more fluent, continue educating my ear with language, have better grammar, meet people from other countries, get to know places in the United States.
Children are important to me because when I have stability and find the compatible person with whom I want to share my life I want to start a family, I would like to have a baby.
Taking care of my brother and everything I learned at the club I think has given me the tools to have an idea of what it’s like to be a mom a lifelong commitment, just like it has given me experience and many teachings with kids even though we never finished learning.
I started taking care of children at the age of 12 when my brother Alverik was born I helped my mom to bathe him, feed him, take care of him, and play with him when my mom went out or worked; when I was in high school, I took care of Axel and Diego, 6 and 8 years old, who was
Carmen’s children, a close friend of my family, sometimes I went to her house for 2 or 3 hours asking them to do their homework while Carmen did her activities with her friends; but not everything was overseen we also liked to play Xbox oh go out to the children’s games on her street.
When I was 19 years old I joined club med Ixtapa as a mini-club practitioner, there I met Max, Adrien, Marley, Luci, Sai, Lucia, Jake, Constance, Clemance, Sebastian, Matilde, Sasha, Lisa, Gabriel, Josephie, Julia, Broke, Eloise and many more children that I don’t remember exactly their names, in my groups from 11 months to 10 years.
As go mini club my responsibilities were to take care of the children along with my team from the time their parents enrolled them in the activities that began at 9 in the morning until they picked them up, we shared a lot of time together we ate, we played sports, we played at the beach, we did contests, sand castles, pool parties , rehearsed for the show of the mini club that was once a week in order I shared 9 hours of my day daily with my children as it was my job to encourage them, prevent them from getting hurt and make them want to always return to the mini club on their next vacation.
The experience that I have with children under two years old I acquired in the baby petite club, taking care of babies from 11 months to 3 years old, my responsibilities were more specific because I had to feed them, change their diapers when they were dirty, prepare them to go to the pool, change them, prepare them for a nap, play with them, avoid them crying if it was a heavier job but I preferred the petite club, I love babies.
I was a babysitter also in club med Cancun where in the day I took care of the little Constance of 11 months in the morning and in the afternoons I took care of Sasha of 2 years along with her cousin Lisa of 3; in both cases towards almost the same activities as with the petite groups but I only dedicated myself to my babies as it was a more specialized service. At night I also gave the babysitter service with the difference that I went to the room of the families that required it caring and tucking the children until their parents arrived, the ages of the children varied from 2 to 11 years.
My time at club med was very tiring but it was a very nice experience I had the opportunity to share with all those children and babies that I loved so much that when their holidays were over they gave me gifts, and drawings so I wouldn’t forget them.
I think I am your best choice as an au pair because I am a very loving girl, an honest person and I can give the confidence that I will take care of your children as if they were mine, with responsibility, much love, and for my experience with children of varied ages.
After finishing my program in the United States I want to apply to better hotel chains or recognized cruises in which I would like to work
