Hello, my Dear Future host Family! My name is Zhibek, and I want to share a piece of my life with you. I am 22 years old and I was born on August 31, 2001 in the capital of the city - Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. My small but warm family consists of 5 people. I am the middle child, I have an older brother who is a year older than me, and a younger brother who is now 16 years old.
I’ll start my story from the birth of my younger brother, who became for me the real beginning of my journey in caring for children. When my younger brother was born, my parents worked actively, and I mainly looked after my younger brother and always helped my mother in caring for the child. This period became a real lesson for me in responsibility and care. During my university studies I had the unique opportunity to undertake internships in various primary and secondary schools. This time became a real challenge for me, as I was faced with a diverse and large number of students. This experience not only enriched my teaching skills, but also taught me how to effectively manage time while giving individual attention to each child.
The experience I gained at university became the basis for my decision to delve even deeper into working with children. In my last semester, I decided to take on the challenge and got a job as a nanny for a family with two children. The eldest, Arslan, was an eight-year-old boy, and the youngest, Malika, was 1 year old. My work routine included not only the usual duties, such as dropping off and picking up eldest - Arslan from school, but also collecting the necessary things for the children, packing a backpack and fully caring for the youngest - Malika. I took care of Malika, put her to bed, cooked for her, taught her how to use cutlery correctly. Also, upon Arslan’s return from school, my duties included various games for development and reading fairy tales and stories for children. This experience was not only valuable for me professionally, but also became the closest to my heart. Working with this sweet couple of children allowed me to experience first-hand the warmth and joy that comes from interacting with children.
This period of working as a nanny became not just professional growth, but also an important stage in my life. The experience strengthened my determination and passion for working with children, and also gave me a better understanding of the importance of individual care and attention to each child.
I also want to share with you what I do in my free time. My hobbies also add variety to my life. I have many hobbies, one of which is reading. Reading for me is an opportunity to immerse myself in a new world and enrich my inner world with knowledge. My next hobby is probably sport. Sport for me is not only a source of health, but also a way to maintain balance in life. And last but not least is the love of learning foreign languages. For me, this is not only a fun activity, but also a way of understanding and respecting the diversity of cultures. I also want to add that on weekends, I like walks near my house and in parks, it helps me enjoy the simplicity of life and take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle.
This whole mosaic of my life - working with children, hobbies and nature - shapes my unique experience and character. I am ready to continue to develop, learn tirelessly and share my love and care with the world around me.
