Dear host family
My name is Eva, I am 25 yrs old and I live in Nairobi city the heart of Kenya a beautiful country in Africa.
I am open minded, patient, kind, gentle, dedicated, trustworthy, soft spoken, calm and a responsible person. I love taking care of children. Their health, happiness and safety are the most important to me.
I have often babysat for my elder sisters, family friends and neighbors. Kids just light up my world.
I come from a big family and we are very close .They are my first love. I cherish and value good friendship and I choose to surround myself with happy and fun people.
I recently graduated from Kenya Railway Training Institute with a certificate in Tourism and Travel Operations and I have done online courses earning certificates in Customer Service and Cabin Crew in airlines.I love traveling, learning new languages, learning and experiencing new different cultures, meeting new people and definitely making memories.
My hobbies include swimming, biking, driving, and reading books ( novels). I like watching both tv shows and animations e.g.Encanto, Moana, Luca, Shrek, Kung fu Panda, Sing , Home, Big bang theory, Mom etc. I also like going for walks at the parks, beaches, hiking, and exciting activities like zip lining.
My very calm, patient and understanding nature comes in handy when dealing with challenging situations.
I would describe my strength as an aupair as the ability to easily bond and connect with kids and as a result I am able to mentor them in various aspects of life and also be like their big sister. On the other hand I have a weakness of getting attached to things and people I care about that makes it hard for me to let go especially children and hence it becomes hard to detach from them.
I am searching for a host family, that would be happy and love to host me as part of their family. A family that is kind , welcoming and willing to learn about my culture and language. I am looking for a long term stay with my host family, for at least one year.
