Introduction
Dear Host Family, my name is Rebecca, I'm 19 years old and of Danish descent. I'd like to learn more about the Nordic countries, both the language and the landscape. My native language is Italian. I speak English very well because I spent a year in the United States and obtained a Cambridge C1 certification. I also speak French fluently because I did a two-month exchange in France and obtained a DELF B1 certification. Finally, I speak basic Spanish because I took private lessons as a child and studied it for three years in high school. I'd like to be an au pair to cultivate my passion for children and learn the language to a good level, enough to consider starting university in Sweden or Denmark. I don't have a solid foundation in the language, but I'll do my best to reach a good level. I'm stubborn but very kind; my goal is to build a relationship of trust and respect with my family so I can confide in them about everything.
