Dear future host family,
My name is Avin, I’m 24, living in Indonesia. I would describe myself as cheerful, easygoing, friendly, responsible, and tidy person. I enjoy nature, music (I really love singing and can teach your kids), baking, reading, cycling, makeup, and sometimes spending time with my cat, Cipung.
I truly enjoy being around children and I have an experience to handling a babies. I’ve been helping my sister with her newborn for 11 months, which thaught me a lot about baby handling, stimulation, and daily routines. I also help my aunty looking after her 7th yo son when she’s busy at work. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand children needs.
For me being an Au pair isn’t just about a childcare, but also becoming a big sister, someone children who can trust, learn from, and comfortable with. I also want to join an Au Pair program to improve my language skill, discover new experiences, find a place that can feel like home, have a new family and learn about new culture. I’m looking forward to sharing my culture while learning about yours, trying new foods, and joining family activities.
