My name is Jennifer, and I am a 26-year-old woman from Indonesia. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management, and I am excited about the opportunity to become an Au Pair because I believe it is a meaningful way to experience a new culture while becoming part of a caring family.
Although I have not worked as a professional nanny, I grew up in a single-parent family with my mother and my three younger brothers. From a young age, I naturally helped take care of them, supporting my mother with daily routines, preparing meals, playing with them, helping with homework, and making sure they felt loved and cared for. Those experiences taught me responsibility, patience, and how important it is to create a safe and happy environment for children.
I genuinely enjoy spending time with children because I love their curiosity, honesty, and energy. I believe every child deserves kindness, encouragement, and someone who listens to them with patience. I would be happy to help with your children's daily routines, prepare meals and snacks, play educational games, read books, do arts and crafts, or simply spend quality time together.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, learning new skills, and exploring different cultures. I especially love cooking and would be happy to prepare meals for your family while also sharing Indonesian food and culture if you are interested.
I describe myself as kind, responsible, patient, honest, and easy to communicate with. I adapt quickly to new environments, respect family rules, and always try to help wherever I can. Growing up in a close family has taught me the importance of respect, trust, and supporting one another.
For me, being an Au Pair is much more than a job. It is an opportunity to become part of a family, learn from each other, and create meaningful memories together. I hope to improve my English, experience everyday life in another country, and build lifelong friendships through this cultural exchange.
