My name is Lidia, and I am a 22 year old (turning 23 this July). I'm student in university from Indonesia. I am a creative, patient, and responsible person who genuinely enjoys being around children. I want to become an Au Pair because I am eager to experience a meaningful cultural exchange in Luxembourg. I believe this program is the perfect way to learn a new language and adapt to a new lifestyle while being a helpful part of a loving family. I am committed to providing a safe and happy environment for your children.
Although this would be my first time being an Au Pair abroad, I have extensive experience in childcare ranging from infants to 10-year-olds. Most of my experience comes from looking after my young relatives, a responsibility I have handled for years and continue to do so today. I want to be an Au Pair abroad to challenge myself, become more independent, and share my Indonesian culture with a family in Luxembourg. I am used to living independently as a student, so I am organized and capable of handling household tasks.
I have a big interest in arts, especially sketching and drawing. I often use my artistic skills to engage with children through creative play. Besides that, I enjoy learning about social trends and new cultures. After completing the Au Pair program, I plan to return to Indonesia to finish my studies and use the cross-cultural communication skills and language proficiency I gained in Luxembourg to pursue a professional career in social sciences.
