My name is Nana, I am 24 years old and I come from Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. I am a cheerful, warm, and energetic person who genuinely loves being around children, and I am so excited about the possibility of becoming your au pair and being a part of your family life!
I have been working with children of all ages for several years as an English teacher, from tiny kindergarteners all the way to high school students. I have taught across many cities in Indonesia, and one of my most memorable experiences was volunteering as an English teacher at a school in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand. Living in a completely different country, adapting to a new culture, and still connecting deeply with the children was one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. It showed me that warmth and care truly cross all language and cultural boundaries.
Beyond teaching, caring for children has always come naturally to me. Whenever I return to my hometown, I am the one my younger cousins and nephew run to first. I help them with homework, play games, cook simple meals together, and make sure they feel safe and loved. Those everyday moments are some of my happiest, and I would bring that same natural warmth into your home every single day.
In my free time, I love swimming and snorkeling, being in the water makes me feel free and happy, and I would love to share that joy with your children! I also love cooking and trying new recipes, and I think cooking together is one of the most beautiful ways to bond. Travelling is another big passion of mine, and becoming an au pair is truly the perfect way to combine my love for children with my love for discovering the world.
I am responsible, honest, and easy to communicate with. I believe a good au pair relationship is built on trust, openness, and mutual respect, and I would always bring my best self to your family every day.
After my au pair experience, I plan to pursue my Master's degree here in Europe. Living with a host family, immersing myself in a new culture, and growing as a person are all part of that bigger dream.
