Dear Host Family,

My name is Tanesa and I am a 23 years old girl. I live in Jakarta, a big city in Indonesia with my family. I am the first child in my family and I have 2 younger brothers. One of them currently in high school and the other one has a special needs. I graduated from Bina Nusantara University with a Bachelor of Art degree in Film major. I recently work in a movie production house as a post coordinator team.

I like to join Au Pair because I like to learn the new culture of another country. I would describe myself as a hard-working, helpful, caring, and responsible person. I prioritize the task that people trust me to do and will be responsible for that task. Safety, health, and happiness for the children are important for their future.

I take care some children in my friend's film projects. I help them to keep them silence during the shooting process. I also help another friend's short film in public places that have children playing and keep them lower their voices to avoid the voice leak. Although it is a bit difficult because some children wouldn't obey someone, but I still told them patiently. After the shoot, I talk to them and listen to their funny unbelievable stories. They were nice and fun to chat with. I used to take part time work in beverages booth and sometimes I take care owner's toddler like avoid them to do dangerous thing, talk to them, and playing with their toys.

I would like to become an Au Pair abroad because I like to learn the new culture of another country. I like to do exchange culture so we know the uniqueness of each countries and strengthen the relationships between the differences. I also like to go abroad at least 1 country outside of Indonesia because of the curiosity of what another country looks like in real life since I only read the surface on internet.

In my spare time, I love to walking to some places, cycling, listening to music, take some photos, and sometimes playing badminton. After being an Au Pair, I want to go back to my country. Since I want to be a filmmaker and Au Pair is my chance to study another country culture, I want to pursue my career based on what I see in that country. I am searching a host family that would be happy to have me as the part of the family and learning the new culture. I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and your kids. I am looking forward to talking to you.
