Everyone calls me Ajeng, which is my nickname. Some people also call me Najma."Najma" comes from Arabic and means "star." My dad just really likes stars, so he gave me that name. I think it's a cool name.

My mom just started calling me "Ajeng" because it's easier, even though it doesn't really fit my full name at all haha.

My friends say I'm friendly and pretty positive, and that's something I really try to be.

At first, I might be a little shy because I like to watch and get a feel for the place first. It helps me understand other people and make changes to myself.

When I first started working at one of my jobs, everyone thought I was really quiet hehe, but I was just getting used to it. Once I'm at ease, I talk a lot and enjoy making people around me happy and laugh.

I like to try new things a lot. I always tell myself, "I want to explore and find out what really works for me while I'm still young." Going out, meeting new people, and trying new things is always worth it for me, whether I learn something from them or I can help them in some way.

That's why I'm open to chances that let me learn and try new things. I love going to new places, trying new things, and traveling. I'll always find a way to make it happen, no matter where the chance comes from.

I also really like learning new languages because I think they can help me in many ways. I once entered a German language contest and, luckily, I won. I never thought I would get to travel to another city in my country, but that experience made it possible. I'm also very thankful for one of my German teachers because they helped me become who I am today. Because I knew German, I was able to work on a project to make a book for learning German. It was a very important experience for me. It made me see how important language can be in shaping our lives.

I also have a creative side. I like to draw, paint, sing (even though I'm not very good at it haha), and design. I also do some simple editing from time to time. I even made a job vacancy poster to help my boss find my replacement at one of my old jobs in a laundry service, and I'm glad they liked it.

I really think that if you have a clear goal and a strong desire to reach it, you can become anything you want. Sometimes all it takes is changing how you think.

Working with kids is also very important to me. It's a great way to meet new people, learn new things, and see things from other people's points of view, especially kids.

I really like being around kids because they are naturally curious, honest, and do the cutest things that I never expect. It's really interesting to me how kids can tell how they're being treated and how their surroundings shape who they become.

I think that how adults act around kids has a big effect on how they turn out. For instance, kids who grow up in a tense environment may become more quiet or withdrawn. When they are around people who are kind and warm, on the other hand, they tend to act that way themselves.

That’s why I want to keep learning more about children, how they think, grow, and express themselves. I want to be someone who can create a positive and supportive environment for them.
